It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosella Ann Franklin (Carmi, Illinois), born in Covington, Kentucky, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her former husbands, Robert Brandenburg and Billie Franklin; her sister Carol Leykamm; and her daughter Rachel Lynn Batson. She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Shippey (Mike) of Burbank, CA, Robin Hicks (Lee) of Carmi, IL, Billy Franklin (Jessica) of Peoria, IL and Roseann Franklin of Clarksville, TN; her son-in-law William of Clarksville, TN; her stepdaughter Susie Bean (Franklin) of Norris City, IL; and her grandchildren, Nate Hicks (Sarah), Drew Hicks (Kassi), Victoria Ballard, Trevor Batson, Craig Shippey, Reagan Shippey, Cody Underwood and Bella Franklin.
