She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Lamp and Roslalene J. Lamp (Criteser); her son Jerry Douglas Crawford; and her brother Robert W. Lamp. She is survived by: her husband Jerry D. Crawford of Carmi; her children, Jeffery Darin Crawford (Kristi) of Houston, Texas and Dr. Bethany Lynn Dement (William) of St. Louis, Missouri; her brother J. Kenneth Lamp (Judy) of Carmi; her grandchildren, Bridgette Duvall, Brooke Cook, Chloe Crawford, Nicholas Crawford and Gabriel Dement; and her great grandchildren, Sean, Alexia and Atticus.
Memorials may be made to the White County Senior Citizens Center and will be accepted at Cook Funeral Chapel who is in charge of arrangements.
