He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Abraham and Ellen Elizabeth Parker (Harrelson); his daughter Mona; and his siblings, Charles Hutchcraft, Leroy Parker, Leonard Parker, Alma Kay Parker, Dwight Parker, Mary Elizabeth Allen, James Logan Huchcraft and Arlene Parker.
He is survived by: his sister Iona Kessler; and his children, Troy and Lisa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
