He is survived by: his children, Tyson Cummins, Ken Cummins, Alex McCombs, Blythe Cummins, Mandy Cummins and Lynn Shiever; his grandchildren, Eric Shiever, Nick Shiever, Sidney McCombs, Madison Childers, Danika McCombs, Boede Cummins, Tyler Cummins, Marley Mallow and Cash Kirkpatrick; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Nora, Haylie, Easton and Cayson.
