He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur William and Berniece Bingman (Bohleber); his wife Mary Helen Williams; his children, Bethany Alexander (Page) of Springfield, IL and Chad Bingman (Ashley) of Breese, IL; his grandchildren, Evan, Bailey Alexander, Jase, Claire Bingman and Averie Catlin; and his siblings, Kathy Damm (Keith) of Norris City and Scott Bingman (Sherry) of Carmi. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Richard's memory to the White County Senior Citizens and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home, 609 W. Main St., Carmi, IL 62821 who is in charge of arrangements.
