She was predeceased by: her parents, William Eugene "Gene" and Clara Elizabeth Sensel (Keen); her spouse Otho "Willie" Wilson, Jr.; her nephew Abe; her niece Anna Girten; her son Derek Brown; her sister Sandra Jean Sensel-Bridgeman; and her niece Charlotte Bridgeman.
She is survived by: her nieces, Anita Bridgeman and Melissa Papini (Brian); her nephew Josh Girten (Monica); her aunt Joan Mandrell; and her siblings-in-law, George Bridgeman, Helen Girten (Barry) and Kenny "Whip" Wilson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Phyllis' memory to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), or your local Veterinarian's Office or pet rescue.
