Phyllis Foley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2019, Phyllis Foley (Carmi, Illinois), born in Albion, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Albert and Maude Elizabeth Hortin (Hodgson); and her sisters, Linda Mendenhall and Sharon Schroeder. She is survived by: her husband Ronald; her sons, Brad Foley (Robin) of Mt. Vernon, IN, Brian Foley (Mindie) of Norris City and Kevin Foley (Nancy) of Carmi; and her siblings, Judy Koehler of Carmi and Larry Hortin (Shirley) of West Salem. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Phyllis' memory to the Carmi VFW or to the family to assist with medical expenses and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home.
