She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Phillips and Mary Phillips; and her siblings, Wilfred, Gerald Phillips, Naomi Jean Foster and Geraldine Gilbert.
She is survived by: her husband Donald; her sons, Donnie Kevin Blazier (Debbie) of Carmi and Devin Blazier (Ann) of St. Louis, MO; her granddaughters, Megan Stevens (Scott) of Owensboro, KY and Kailey Blazier of Evansville; her great grandchild Sophia Stevens; and her pet Mugzy Blazier.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Sue's memory to the Linda E. White Hospice House and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home.
