She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Waters and Nova Waters (Pixley); and her siblings, Kenny, Russell, Robert Waters and Dorothy Marks.
She is survived by: her husband Rusty; her children, Albert "Chip" Walsh (Melanie) of Evansville, IN and Debra Walsh-Whetstone of Carmi; her grandchildren, Dalton, Lucy Walsh, Claudia and Ethan Whetstone; her sister Juanita Clark of Richland, WA; her siblings-in-law, Joy Holloway and James Walsh; and her niece Linda Malone (Tom) of Enfield.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the White County Farm Bureau and the Ag in the Classroom Program.
