He was predeceased by: his parents, Otho Wilson and Susie Wilson (Gibson); his son Tim Wilson; and his siblings, Don, Gene, Bobby, Butch Wilson, Lucille Fenwick and Edna McCord.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Wilson (Sensel) of Carmi; his son Dean Wilson of Anchorage, Alaska; and his siblings, Kenneth "Whip" Wilson (Louise) and Helen Girten (Barry) of Crossville, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
