Mildred Lorene Hays Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Lorene Hays of Carmi, Illinois, who passed away on October 16, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude E. Thacker and Martha Jane Thacker (Hawley); her husband John Ely Hays; and her sister Claudine Awalt. She is survived by: her siblings, Carmeta McConnell of Junction, Susan (Ron Padget) and Edward Thacker of Eldorado. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in Mildred's memory may be made to the Leamington Cemetery.
