She is survived by: her husband Leon Hale; her children, Mickey Smith (Mavis) and Robin Smith (Cindy); her grandchildren, Jeremy Smith (Theresa), Tyler Smith and Lindsay Mouradian (Keagen); her great grandchildren, Regan Smith, Owen Smith and Mila Mouradian; her sister Dorothy Phelps; her stepchildren, Beth Browning (Roger), Ron Hale, Colleen Masser (Bruce), Sheila Peacock (Joe) and Karen Hortin (Roger); her stepgrandchildren, Dustin Hale (Kara), Jennifer Johnson (David), Matthew Peacock (Marla), Cheryl Clemens (Wes) and Tyler Browning (Kali); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Cameron Johnson, Gracelyn Johnson, Olivia Peacock, Andrew Gillihan, Cassie Zimmer (Derek), Jaxon Browning, Jenna Browning, Josie Browning and Devin Hale. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
