She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Perzinski and Pauline Perzinski (Paluck); and her siblings, Roger Perzinski, Marge Heiser, Evelyn Smith and Daphne Benz.
She is survived by: her former husband Stanley R. Stephens; her sons, Johnny, Stan and Jesse; her grandchildren, Jessica Stephens, Ashlee Clay, Joshua Stephens (Lindsey), Kyle Stephens (Mandy), Neil Simpson (Amanda), Gillian Lanning (Bill Gadd), Trista Stephens (Scott Blaine), Samantha Murphy and Haley Catiller; and her siblings, Joey Perzinski, Georgia Warren (Kenny), Charlene Bronson and Carol Reiger. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
