He was predeceased by: his parents, G. L. Baxley and Laura Baxley. He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Miller (Joe) of Harrisburg, Rachel Miller (Ronnie) of Harrisburg, Nikki of Tampa, FL and Amanda Baxley of Tampa, FL; his brothers, Gary Baxley (Janet) of Carmi, Robert Baxley (Lisa) of Carmi, Ray Baxley (Marcia) of Franklin and Larry Baxley of Franklin; and his former wife Pam Baxley of Tampa, FL.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
