He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Ruth Musgrave (Waln) and Emmett Lowell Musgrave; and his brother Billy Musgrave. He is survived by: his daughter Meagan Drone (Tyler) of Carmi; his grandchildren, Nolan, Jonah and Aubree Drone; his brother Frank Musgrave (Jill) of Carmi; his sister-in-law Susan Musgrave; his nieces, Kathleen Fulkerson (Joey) and Lauren Whetstone (Nathan); his nephew Matthew Musgrave; and his close friends, Doy Sweetin, Kenny, Teresa Hargrave, Chance, Emily, Braxton and Baylee Hargrave.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Johnnie's memory to Pets at Risk or the White County Senior Citizens and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi.
