He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Mae Hall (Raney); his wife Debbie Hall (Meritt); his father Donald "Pete" Hall of Carmi; his siblings, Bill Hall (Linda) of Concord, Donna Reynolds (Don) of Carmi and Rita Brown (Jerry) of Crossville; his grandchildren, Ethan, Izzy, Shane and Tyler; and his great grandchildren, Kason and Kamden.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jim's memory to the Carmi House Activity Fund or the American Cancer Society and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home.
