He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jimmy D. Haley and Nancy Haley (Walter); and his wife Debra Lou Beck.
Memorial contributions may be made in Jeff's memory to Cherry Street Food Pantry or to Kenneth Hagin Ministries and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi.
