She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Atkinson and Joy Ann Atkinson (Sullivan). She is survived by: her husband Ray McDowell of Carmi; her children, Christian McDowell (Linda) of Reading, Damien McDowell (Glenda) of Crossville, Illinois and Dusty Frashier (Billy) of Carmi; her sisters, Sandy Pollard (Jerry) of Grayville and Nancy Doneghue of Virginia; and her grandchildren, Darrian, Keiona, Kayden, Adrenne, Ariana, Thomas and Steven. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
