She is survived by: her children, Kelly Dale (Carrie) of Bloomington, IL., Kendall Dale (Mendy) of Carmi, IL. and Katrena Koontz (Mark) of Carmi, IL.; her grandchildren, Alex, Nolin Dale, Keely Koontz and Payton Dale; and her siblings, Darrell Nelson of Carmi, IL. and Velva Wessel.
