She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Junior and Lillian Devore (Godby); and her husband Leland "Goob" Sexton. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Fulkerson (Pete) of Carmi, Leslie Pool (Mike) of Metropolis, Curt Sexton (Jane) of Crossville and Doug Sexton (Vicki) of Enfield; her grandchildren, Taylor McVey (Dylan), Nash McVey (Mallory), Carly Groff (Daniel), Ivey Pool (Griffin), Sam Williams (Adam), Shannon Rister (Bryant), Morgan Sexton (Jennifer), Jadyn Sexton (Ty), Jaryn Sexton, Maggie South (Matt), Thad Sexton (Randi), Justinn Bell (Logan), Collin Sexton, Caden Sexton and KaCee Fulkerson (Kaylee); her great grandchildren, Ryder, Rhett, Ridge, Lennon, Mercy, Grayson, Brooks, Cole, Marley, Harper, Darbey, Aspyn, Baylor, Krymson, Oaklynn and Graham; her aunt Iris Godby of Delavan, IL; and her sisters-in-law, Sue Gilbert (Dean) of Decatur, IL. and Sandy Sexton of El Cajon, CA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Janet's memory to White County Senior Citizens Center and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi, and may be mailed to 609 W. Main St. Carmi, IL. 62821.
