She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Ray and Etta Marie Argo (Dill); her husband Carl B. Brooks; her sons, Kenneth Ray Brown and Jerry Neal Brown; and her siblings, Clarence Ray Argo, Marietta Rose Hutchison and Betty Lou Garrett.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Jean Cross; and her brother Wendell Lee Argo. She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
