He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Haas and Mabel Haas (Bowman); his daughters, Sandy Bourrt of Clinton, IA, Vicki Mandurano (Dan Rosselli) of Grayslake, IL, Brenda Voss of Rock Falls, IL and Joanie Oliver (Ronja Cruse) of Carmi; his sisters, Mavis Tipton and Joyce Gray; his daughter Shirley DeMars; and his siblings, Vera Mackey and Jerry Haas. He was also cherished by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Herbert's memory to Wabash Christian Village Chapel or Hospice of Southern Illinois and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi who is in charge of arrangements.
