He is survived by: his wife Patsy O'Neal of Carmi, IL.; his son Harold Lynn O'Neal (Janet) of Norris City, IL.; his stepchildren, Patty Woodruff (David) of Carmi, IL., John Pyle (Brenda) of Carmi, IL. and Hubert Eugene Williams (Kimberly) of Norris City, IL.; and his grandson Bryan O'Neal of Harrisburg, IL..
