He was predeceased by: his parents, Acie Lee and Essie Mae Pennington (Holland); his grandsons, John Aud and Zachary Flowers; and his siblings, George, Frank, Acie Pennington, Emily Romans and Mary Ann Gumbel.
He is survived by: his children, Harold "Cork" Pennington (Brenda) of Carmi, Rosemary Aud (Jack) of Carmi and Becky Flowers (Scott) of Holland, MI; his grandchildren, Jacquelyn Flechs (Michael), Kendra Pennington and Cody Flowers (Kelsey); and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Daniel, Jacob, Kaden, Winry and Juniper.
Friends may visit on Monday, February 5, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi. in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Harold's memory to the Seabee Memorial Scholarship, c/o the Navy Seabee Foundation, PO Box 657, Gulfport, MS 39502 or the Carmi Compassion Center and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi.
