He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Louis and Rubye Earlene Blazier (Milligan); and his brothers, Harvey Blazier and Earl Blazier. He is survived by: his wife Angie Blazier of Carmi; his children, Ethan Matthew Blazier of Carmi and Brianna Rayn Blazier of Carmi; and his sisters, Rosemary Frailey of Carrier Mills, IL, Patty Wright (Marvin) of Buncombe, IL and Helen Key of Mount Vernon, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
