He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Davis and Bonnie Louise Moore (Rush); and his siblings, Gary Moore and Elizabeth Fechter. He is survived by: his significant other Elizabeth Schmidt; his son Gary Davis Alan Moore of Carmi; his siblings, Jim Rush of Carmi, Delbert Hobson of Carmi and Glenda Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Amy Rush of Carmi, Crystal Bennett of Carmi, Brittany Franks of Carmi, Justin Pierce of Mt. Vernon, IL, Lucas Eastep of Mt. Vernon, IL, Eric Pierce of Shawneetown, Johanna Wiegel of Olney, Felica Brown of Dale and Megan Fechter. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Guy's memory to Brownsville School and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi who is in charge of arrangements.
