He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy T. May and Opal Marie May (Hoskins); his granddaughter Summer Smith; and his siblings, Bill May, Frankie May, Barbara Murdach, Roy May Jr., Darrell May, Brenda Youngblood and Carolyn Walters.
He is survived by: his wife AnnaBelle May of Carmi, IL; his children, Jerry May (Stephanie) of Plain City, OH, Kenny May (Andrea) of Carmi, IL and Jimmy May (Christy) of Manchester, TN; and his grandchildren, Amber, Parrish, Gabbie, Emma, Nathan, Alex, Kelsi, Andrew, Jonah, Elijah and Gracie. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
