He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kingery and Genevieve Kingery. He is survived by: his wife Anita; his children, Gary Keith Kingery (Cyndi), Leigh Pemberton Cook (Richard), Adam Kingery (Lindsay) and Ryan Kingery; his grandchildren, Jessica Kingery and Trevor Kingery; and his siblings, Ron Kingery (Sharon) and Connie Loyd (Fred).
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Gary's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi, who is in charge of arrangements.
