With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edith Neal (Carmi, Illinois), born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 1, 2019 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Foster and Pearl Foster (Hall); her spouse John M. Neal; her daughters, Marsha Mitchell of Austin, TX and Janice Bradley of Dallas, TX; and her grandchildren, Glenn Gardner, Kelly Gardner and Melissa Bradley. She was also cherished by five great-grandchildren.
