He is survived by: his wife Anna Williams (Clark) of Carmi; his children, Rick Williams (Kathy) of Louisville, Kentucky and Kimberly Bricker (Matt) of Dawsonville, Georgia; his grandchildren, Daniel (Jennifer), Taylor (Blair), Benjamin (Courtney), Whitney (Kevin), Michael, Lizzy and Ashley; and his great grandchildren, Westley, Josie, Hank, Ruthie, Everett, Cassidy of Caydence, K. J., Geniveve, Sierra, Kira, Grayson and Aiden.
