He is survived by: his children, Kayla Nelson of Carmi, IL, Trevor Nelson (Savanna) of Carmi, IL and Cody Nelson of Carmi, IL; his grandchildren, Brynnleigh Nelson, Gunner Cruse, Dallas Nelson and Lakelyn Nelson; his siblings, Travis Nelson of Frederick, CO, Brenda Collin of Montrose, CO, Kari Richardson of Plankinton, SD. and Chad Nelson of Littleton, CO.; and his stepsisters, Tami Hildebrand Weiss, Darla Christensen, Shari Vetos and Jodi Hildebrand.
