She was predeceased by: her siblings, Chris Fields, Wanda Etienne, Betty Pollard, Mary Fields and Peggy Clark; and her nephews, Connie Winter, Charles Holmes, Jim Fields, Mickey Pollard and Jason Kuykendall.
She is survived by: her parents, Daniel Webster and Lella Fields (Gwaltney); her daughters, Carmeta Bingman (John) and Vickie Holman (Keith); her sister Shirley McDougal of Peoria, IL; her grandchildren, Nathan Bingman (Samantha), Brent Bingman and Jerry Holman; her great grandchildren, Easton Bingman, Hattie Bingman and Kazlyn Holman; and her nieces and nephews, John Fields, Joan Dozier, Kevin Kuykendall, Debbie Clark, Jackie Burr, Johnny Fields and Chris Fields.
