Doris Prince Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Prince of Carmi, Illinois, born in Hamilton, Illinois, who passed away on October 21, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elery Woodrow and Ruby Woodrow (Smith); her husband James E. "Jim" Prince; and her brothers, Bill and Henry Woodrow.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Arvin (Richard) of Avon, IN and Brad Prince (Wendy) of Fort Mill, SC; and her sisters, Verna Lee Etienne of Carmi and Peggy Stahl of Denver, CO. She is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
In keeping with CDC and IDPH recommendations, masks will be required and social distancing will be observed.
Memorial contributions may be made in Doris' memory to the American Cancer Society and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi.
