He is survived by: his children, Christina Blake (Richard Long) of Salem, IL, David and Crystal Blake Il; his grandson Zachary Blake; his pet Poochie; his brothers, Mark Blake and Floyd Blake; his stepbrother Raymond Harris (Rhonda) of Robards, KY; and his sister-in-law Charlene Leffingwell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
