Owen (Carmi, Illinois), born in Mount Carmel, Illinois, who passed away on May 6, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Owen and Sarah Owen (Berg). He is survived by: his son Seth Owen (Ally) of Kansas City.
