Darrel Sexton Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darrel Sexton of Carmi, Illinois, who passed away on March 15, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Sexton; his siblings, Christene, Maxine, Gerald, Leland, Gene and Kenneth; and his siblings-in-law, Helen Sexton and Allen Brandenstein.
He is survived by: his son Greg Sexton (Teresa); his granddaughter Lindsey Sexton; his great grandchild Kyson; his sister Sue Gilbert; and his siblings-in-law, Jan Sexton, Sandy Sexton and Dean Gilbert. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Darrel's memory to Carmi White County School Foundation and will be accepted at Stendeback Funeral Home in Carmi, who is in charge of arrangements.
