Vernon, IN. and Jessica Rush of Murfreesboro, TN.; his stepchildren, Jessica Ash of Pensacola, FL., Jadyn Ash of Carmi and Alec Farwell of Los Angeles, CA.; and his brothers, Christopher Frashier (Jen) of Columbus, WI. and Scott Ewing of Herrin, IL..
