He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Frashier and Ethel Frashier (James); and his siblings, Kenny Frashier, Clifford Frashier, Jack Frashier and Glen Frashier.
He is survived by: his children, Larry D. Frashier (Kay) of Carmi, IL. and Ginger Blazier (Sam) of Bunnlevel, NC; his grandchildren, Christopher Frashier (Jennifer), Jackie Puntney (Jill), Sandy Sitzman (Mark), Megan Knight and Samantha Peterson; and his siblings, Shirley Dartt and Cleta King. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and several great great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Maunie Methodist Church, and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi, who is in charge of arrangements.
