He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Baxley and Laura Upton Baxley; and his brother Eddie Baxley. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Sandusky Baxley; his children, Elizabeth Baxley, Michelle Baxley, Nichole Garcia (Giovanni), Chad Baxley and Mike Baxley (Hannah); his brothers, Gary Baxley (Jan), Larry Baxley and Bobby Baxley (Lisa); his grandchildren, Victoria, Alena, Cody, Katelyn, Avia and Ellah; and his great grandchild Myla.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116-7023 and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi.
