It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles W. Vaughan of Carmi, Illinois, who passed away on May 21, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick James and Sallie Jane Vaughan (Young); and his brother Willard Eugene Vaughan. He is survived by: his wife Anna Bell; and his children, Scottie Vaughan (Rachel) of Cowling, IL, Charles Vaughan, Jr. (Pamela) of Brownsville, IL and Samantha Pearce (Jonathan) of Norris City, IL. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial donations can be made in Charles' memory to a donor's favorite charity and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home who is in charge of arrangements.
