He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Graden and Madge Browning (Williams); and his wife Mary Elizabeth Braden.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Charles' memory to The Roads Church Youth Group and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi who is in charge of arrangements.
