He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Cleve and Verna Lucille Wagner (Wright); his wife Shirley Ann Wagner (Hutchinson); his son Kevin Wagner; and his siblings, Gary Lee Wagner and Peggy Griffith.
He is survived by: his son Terry Wagner; his sister Janice Hite of Carmi; his daughter-in-law Stephenie Wagner of Crossville; his grandchildren, Rachel Benko (Aaron), Jennifer Cavins (Josh), Shelby Wagner, Jessica Wagner and Nathaniel Wagner; his stepgrandson David Syers; and his great grandchildren, Alexa, Patrick, Johanna and Judah.
