It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Roark of Carmi, Illinois, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on August 14, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Arthur and Gunhild Ruth Bloomberg (Swanson); her son Gene Roark; and her son-in-law Shannon Vaughan. She is survived by: her children, Rob Roark (Jill) of Carmi, IL and Malea Vaughan (David Hall) of Carmi, IL; her grandchildren, Zack Roark, Riley Roark, Andy Vaughan, Abby Vaughan and Lily Wenzel; her great grandchild Myles Todd Vaughan; and her siblings, Susan Stropes (Gene) of Jacksonville, FL and Chuck Bloomberg (Kathy) of Springfield, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
