He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edward and Beulah Murl Brand (Sanders); his wife Maria; and his siblings, John Morris Frymire, Loren Murrell Frymire, Loretta Fern Frymire, Daisy Marie Wilson and Connie Lee Frymire.
He is survived by: his daughters, Monica Brand and Melissa Brand-Welch; and his siblings, Kevin Lee Brand, Thomas Wayne Frymire, Vonda Lou Sturgal, Marilyn Laverne Maughan and Brenda Kaye Berry.
