He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kage and Edna Kage (Morehead); and his siblings, Jack Kage, Lloyd Kage and Shirley Kage-Sabins.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Silveus-Kage of Carman, IL; his children, David Kage of Knoxville, IL, Dawn Hutson (Bob) of Pekin, IL and Brenda Kage of Galesburg, IL; his stepchildren, Michael Crawford (Vicki) of Georgetown, KY and Heather Jones (Tim) of Braidwood, IL; and his grandchildren, Lilah, Rowan Kage, Kris Hutson, Logan Smith, Katie Smith, Korri Crawford, Alexandria Reynolds, Brody Haynes and Kilene Chapin. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; 1 niece and 1 nephew.
Memorials may be given to the Jerry L. Kage Memorial Fund.
