He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Timmerman and Wilma Faris Timmerman; his brothers, David and Russell; and his nephew Roger.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Black; his son Corey Timmerman (Jessica) of Burlington, IA; his stepchildren, Gale Jacks (Jim) of Oakville, IA, Nancy Walgren of Oakville, IA and Mary Timmerman of Oakville, IA; and his sister Maryann Johnson (Mark) of Burlington. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
