He is survived by: his mother Robin Clark Murphy (Joe) of Nashville; his siblings, Charles Murphy of Centralia, Stephanie Wilson of Okawville, Mayleigh Hall of Nashville and Tanya Petrillo of Salem; his stepbrothers, Rey Garlich of Highland and Terry Garlich of Hardin; his aunt Elaine Garlich of Nashville; and his uncle Larry.
