With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thurman Bentley of Carlyle, Illinois, born in Allen, Kentucky, who passed away on June 25, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bentley and Katherine Mae Bentley; his wife Betty Odell; and his son Jeffrey Lynn Bentley. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Bentley Hardiman of Greenville and Chadd Thompson (Heidi) of Carlyle; and his grandchildren, Chris Lurkins (Ronda) of Breese, Justin Lurkins (Michelle) of Millersburg, Kyle Kluemke of Breese, Bentley Thompson of Carlyle and Mia Thompson of Carlyle. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
