She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Watkins and Elva Mezger; and her significant other Frank "Mike" Nolen. She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Colley and Steven Isbell; her stepchildren, Jolene Gentry, Shannon Morris and Michael Copeland; her grandchildren, Rebecca Gale, Steven Isbell, Jr. and Austin Isbell; and her siblings, Mike Watkins, Karen Huff, Donna Green and Christine Watkins. She is also survived by numerous other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
