He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rinehart Sr. and Rita Stickel (Brumleve); his granddaughter Alexa Smith; his sisters, Tina Busby and Kathy McConnell; and his former wife Betty Rinehart.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Rinehart of Carlyle, IL; his children, Jason Drake of Chicago, IL, Autumn Rinehart (Blake) of Olney, IL and Nathan Rinehart; his stepchildren, Kim Brink of Hoffman, IL, Melinda Wiebley (Sam) of Centralia, IL and Shawn Miller (Ashley) of Selmer, TN; his grandchildren, Tara, Alysa, Leo and Summer Smith; and his brothers, Dan Rinehart, John Rinehart (Jill) and Jimmy Rinehart. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his honor may be given to the Clinton County Humane Society or a Charity of the Donor's Choice.
